What do I do if I’m not satisfied with the service?

All the refund requests are to be submitted no later than 30 days after the product or service was sent to the client. If the delivered product or service doesn't meet your initial requirements - contact us.

We will take up to 1-2 business days to review your request. Upon our agreement with you we will either find a different tutor or we will fully refund money to your card, credit balance or PayPal account.
