Infrastructure almost setup

Finally Beacon has more or less everything needed to run an Open Source project:

Only the code repository is external. In time we’ll get that moved to Beacon as well. 
Now time for deploying a proper version. Stay tuned!

Project Beacon’s new site

After a long delay Beacon can now have its own home on the internet. This should help it get more exposure.
The search engine scenario looks a bit bleak though. Many other combination of ‘Beacon’ and ‘Editor’ are present.
Anyhow, we are up and running.
